PLAN4DEMAND NAMES VICE PRESIDENT Current executive assumes new role as VP, Business Development; Announcement marks ongoing growth of supply chain services firm PITTSBURGH, PA, March 8, 2004—Plan4Demand Solutions, Inc., a consulting services firm specializing in supply chain processes and technologies, today announced the appointment of Andrew McCall to assume a new role as vice president, Business Development. "This signifies a real transformation for our company," said Plan4Demand CEO Lisa M. Kustra. "It marks the end of our start-up phase and the commitment of our staff to persevere through tremendously challenging economic times. "In 2003 our revenue grew 30 percent year over year; some sources cite average growth of negative 20 percent for small IT consulting companies like ours (source: Lyndhurst Partners, Inc.). We hired 25 supply chain specialists over the past 12 months in response to increased market demand, and we expect these trends to continue. The quality of our work drives our success. To sustain excellence as we prepare for even more rapid growth, it was essential to expand our executive management team," she said. Andrew McCall joined Plan4Demand in 2001 as senior director of Consulting Services. He was promoted last year to vice president, Consulting Services. With 20 years of management and consulting experience in IT professional services, Mr. McCall guides Plan4Demand's overall approach to helping clients reap greater profits, productivity, and service levels through the analysis, optimization, and deployment of key supply chain initiatives. He will provide strategic guidance on new applications, alliances, and business opportunities for Plan4Demand. Before joining the company he served as regional consulting manager for Hufft and Company, where he helped drive regional and national expansion. As director of client services for The Premier Group, he created rapid application deployment methodologies for J.D. Edwards ERP and Siebel CRM packages, as well as manufacturing solutions. According to Ms. Kustra, "Andrew has already started driving new benefits and value for our clients, as well as new opportunities for our employees. I'm confident he'll continue to strengthen our corporate infrastructure and enhance the value of Plan4Demand. Learn more about Plan4Demand global supply chain planning specialists
