Personal Development
- Successful candidates must have 7+ years experience in the Health/Life Sciences sector with a minimum of 5 years selling consulting services.
- We prefer experience in selling supply chain consulting services in a small to mid-sized firm or practice focused in servicing accounts in Pharmaceuticals/OTC or Medical Devices.
- The right type of candidate will possess knowledge in the creation of approaches and Statements of Work (SoW) to sell business process solutions.
- Require experience in leading account planning strategy and team selling with delivery subject matter experts (SMEs).

- Manages annual minimum revenue target of $5 million
Business Development

- Ability to personally sell a minimum of 500-750K of services unencumbered in 2009
Knowledge
- Proven subject matter expert in Demand Planning topics

- Plans, manages, and executes complex engagements
- Demonstrates writing and presentation skills for a C-level business audience
