A CPA with more than 24 years of accounting, finance, and cash management experience, Vita oversees Plan4Demand's financial, human resources, and IT operations with an eye toward streamlining processes and costs, not only for the benefit of our company, but also in terms of driving maximum efficiencies and value for our clients.

Leveraging both financial expertise and a dynamic, entrepreneurial management style, Vita offers proactive, pragmatic leadership that helps drive progressive change as we continue rapidly growing our organization and scaling to meet the demands of our expanding global client base.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Vita also plays a key role in Plan4Demand's Executive Management, M&A, Legal, and Intellectual Property governance teams, offering vital guidance in the ongoing effort to strengthen Plan4Demand's organizational infrastructure.

Prior to joining Plan4Demand, Vita was a controller for LFG Inc., a private insurance company servicing the insurance needs of Major League Baseball. With Ladbroke Racing USA, she rose to the position of vice president of Accounting and treasurer for all U.S. and Canadian holdings, and was responsible for day-to-day oversight of all accounting, financial, and cash management functions of a $1.2 billion division. As the controller for The Levy Restaurant Group, Vita created and implemented the accounting system and controls for a regional start-up operation under this organization. And she previously worked as a member of the audit staff at Coopers & Lybrand.

Vita is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
