With more than 12 years of experience as a manager/practitioner responsible for all facets of supply chain solution delivery, Jay oversees Plan4Demand's Consulting/Delivery organization, managing all consultants, sales support, and infrastructure development across all Delivery practices. Jay's overarching goal—to implement and maintain best practices across Plan4Demand's growing client base.

Before assuming his current role, Jay led Plan4Demand's Demand Planning and Supply Planning practices, overseeing more than 70% collective annual growth in those operating units, primarily representing deep solution-development initiatives across multiple Tier 1 supply chain technologies.

Prior to joining Plan4Demand, Jay was the director of planning at a leading educational toy company, where his responsibilities included design and implementation of supply chain management systems and production planning throughout the company's U.S. and Asia operations. Before that, as a senior program manager at Manugistics, Jay handled large-scale rollouts of the company's supply chain management suite, including Demand, Collaborate, Delivery Manager, Monitor, Fulfillment, Master Planning, Transportation, and Carrier.

Jay also created and ran the load control center at Amazon.com, where he implemented a transportation management system and worked with major package carriers on delivery contracts and programs. He created a flow-control inbound visibility system that enabled pre-receiving at distribution centers. He also led Amazon's renowned Holiday War Room, coordinating all supply chain activities during peak demand season.
