With more than 20 years of management and consulting experience in IT professional services, Andrew spearheads Plan4Demand's overall drive to help clients reap greater profits, improve productivity, and enhance services through the strategic analysis, optimization, and deployment of their key supply chain initiatives.

According to Plan4Demand CEO Lisa M. Kustra, "I don't know anybody who more fully understands the opportunities for organizations to drive out costs and increase profitability through the selective optimization and integration of supply chain processes and technologies."

Andrew has direct process management experience encompassing ABC accounting, business turnaround, change management, cost reduction, enterprise start-up, and process reengineering. He has deep expertise across the full spectrum of supply chain advanced planning domains, including sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand planning, supply planning/sourcing, network optimization, and transportation/logistics.

He also has extensive project management expertise spanning multiple industry verticals, including food and beverage, life sciences, consumer packaged goods (CPG), high tech, agriculture, industrial and wholesale distribution, financial services, forest products, retail, and chemical.

Andrew was instrumental in launching key service lines for Plan4Demand, including sales and operations planning, supply chain education and training, and our global supply chain road mapping service.

Before joining Plan4Demand, Andrew consulted on mid-market strategy and sales channel initiatives for JD Edwards that resulted in $40 million in software license sales. He's led development efforts to create "bundled" enterprise software solutions, managing such issues as financing, hardware and infrastructure, professional services (implementation and support), software license agreements, software maintenance agreements, and training. And he served as C-level project engagement manager for various Fortune/Global 500 corporations.

Andrew served as a regional consulting manager for Hufft and Company, where he helped drive regional and national expansion. As a director of client services for The Premier Group, he created rapid application deployment methodologies for JD Edwards ERP and Siebel CRM packages.
