Operational Strategy

At the highest strategy levels, organizations determine how to structure their business for growth, what markets to enter or to exit, and what business lines should be dropped, sold or acquired.  Once those over-arching business strategies are decided, companies must then develop the strategies surrounding how to organize their people, what skills will be required to design and support the enablement of those strategies, what processes need addressed and what type of technology can support the automation of the processes.  It is within the execution of the over-arching business strategies that Plan4Demand helps organizations assess and create a roadmap plan of action to operationally support go-to-market and growth strategies in various ways such as:

The roadmap covers quick fixes or short term recommendations; medium term recommendations that require some investment of time, money, and resources in a 3-6 month horizon; and long term recommendations, which generally require significant investment in a 12-24 month timeline. A business case that includes a return on investment (ROI) analysis is provided to the client to facilitate justification of investment.
This is generally the initial engagement with clients and prospects. It is important to note that strategy services are focused on operational proficiency in executing the company go-to-market strategy and not designing the company go-to-market strategy.
