Accelerated Operational Performance
Accelerated Organization Performance (AOP) takes the concepts of Change Management, Training, and Performance Management and combines them. Many of the organizations that we work with struggle to get the final mix of People, Process and Technology working together in a synchronized fashion that is results oriented. The AOP framework works forward from an organizations overrieding philosophy, strategic goals, and core values and puts them in the context of a “maturity model”. This allows companies to define what skills are critical to the success of the supply chain organization over time, rapidly assess where there are gaps in these critical skills, develop a roadmap for filling in these gaps, customize content (role based, technical and concepts) to train employees, and to measure the effectiveness of the program.
Some advantages that Accelerated Organizational Performance provides include:
- Minimizing the cost and impact of turnover
- Achieving & measuring supply chain results
- Creating a “supply chain’ culture within the company
- Creating sustainability of critical processes
- Reducing training cost per head
- Improving employee retention

Assessment & Roadmap
Development – Working with an organization to link their
overall goals and strategy with workforce performance within the supply
chain. This typically will include:
|
|
| Foundation Course Development – At the core of some supply chain performance issues is the lack of fundamental understadning of “Why”. By targeting key areas of Supply Chain Knowledge required to develop an understanding of best practice, and brining the context of the organizations goals and operating model we can leverage work we have done with other companies and draw on a vast library of readily customizable content. |
|
| Customized End User Training – One of the hallmarks of Plan4Demands training and education heritage – the development of content in support of supply chain technology and business processes. Our differentiation in this space is providing role based, day in the life content that uses a company’s terms, definitions, processes, screen shots and technical environment. |
|
| Procedure Pack Course Development – A more detailed, process based set of materials and content based on specific, step by step work instructions and performance suppor tmaterials. |
|
| AOP Development – Execution of the entire framework with a client. These will be large, multi year engagements that will really embed us in our clients supply chain organization on a long term basis. |
