Rick Toth, Vice President Strategic Partnerships

Rick is responsible for the success of Plan4Demand’s partnership strategy. This includes partner selection and prioritization, program development, and revenue growth via go-to-market partnering.

Rick has more than 25 years of executive and managerial leadership experience in IT software and consulting organizations. His extensive background includes strategy and go-to-market program development, strategic partner identification, development and management, business development, marketing, sales, consulting practice development and leadership, and P&L management. He has designed and developed partner programs that include SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, CA, Cincom, and many others.

Consulting experience includes senior leadership roles in multiple private and public companies including; Managing Director-PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, Global Services Practice Director-CA Technologies, National Director-Protiviti (spin-off from Arthur Andersen, backed by Robert Half Intl.), Practice Director-Xerox Professional Services, SVP-Pepperweed Consulting and CISCorp (Pittsburgh based IT consultancies).

Overall P&L responsibility for the creation and growth of profitable multi-million dollar annual practices including the solution offerings, market positioning, technology reselling, sales and services strategies, strategic partnership development, key account strategy and management, and the management of the partners, sales and delivery teams and client relationships. Significant 1st year and ongoing growth achieved thru strong positioning and aggressive go-to-market programs with leading technology providers to drive software licenses coupled with customer centric professional services.

Functional experience includes strategic business systems planning, program and project management, process improvement and implementation services for SCM, CRM and ERP solutions, and IT infrastructure and operations management across multiple industry verticals including manufacturing, financial-insurance/banking, healthcare and the public sector for both the Fortune 1000 and the SMB markets.
