PLAN4DEMAND RECEIVES THE BLACK & DECKER HHI 2009 DELIVER ON COMMITMENTS AWARD
Supply chain consulting firm recognized during annual Supplier/Vendor conference
PITTSBURGH, PA, October 27, 2009—Plan4Demand Solutions Inc., a consulting services firm specializing in supply chain management business processes and technologies is pleased to announce the receipt of our most recent award – The Black & Decker HHI 2009 Deliver on Commitments award. Presented to Plan4Demand during the Black & Decker annual Supplier/Vendor conference, this award recognizes demonstrated excellence in delivering and acting on commitments with speed and decisiveness to drive continuous improvement. Plan4Demand is honored to be recognized and acknowledged for our work at BDHHI.

Over the course of the past year, P4D has consistently put in extra effort to ensure our Griffin plant consolidation and demand planning projects were successful. The particular project referenced was done over a 12 month period and specifically included helping Black & Decker transform one area of their supply chain from a "Make to Stock" business to a "Make to Order" business and was critical in bringing several acquired business units onto a common supply chain planning platform (JDA). Nominated with the top 5 partners in this class, this award highlights our collaborative approach with clients and reinforces the benefits of being a client partner.
