Lisa Kustra, Chief Executive Officer, Founder

Lisa M. Kustra is the founder and CEO of Plan4Demand, a Pittsburgh-based consulting services firm that helps Fortune 500 corporations and mid-market companies around the world and across multiple industries rapidly drive down costs, increase profits, boost operational efficiency, and maximize promotional spend and retail shelf space by optimizing their processes and technology enablement as well as education and training in demand and supply management best practices.

With more than 18 years of experience building successful consulting practices for both public and private companies, Lisa has built a solid reputation as an acknowledged thought leader in the counsumer goods, life sciences and high-tech industries. Over the past several years, Plan4Demand’s annual revenue increased an average of 33% year over year, and the company has built strategic relationships as a go-to partner with many of the top Fortune 1000 global companies in the CPG and Life Science markets.

Previously, as the CEO of eJiva, a subsidiary of iGATE, a $500 million international systems integrator, Lisa established the go-to-market strategy and messaging, and successfully drove strong financial growth in less than nine months.

As a senior VP for Mastech Corporation (now iGATE), Lisa initiated an Enterprise Package Solutions division in 1996 and drove revenues from $0-75 million in four years. While at Mastech, Lisa also opened company resourcing lines in the Philippines and Singapore and established and and managed offshore training centers in India.
