Jenna Lee, Director of Human Resources, Founder

Human resources director with over 20 years of experience in sales, recruitment, and resource management. Currently responsible for developing and enhancing retention strategies as well as all corporate human resource operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems while administering compensation programs and monitoring performance evaluations. Administers resource plans and procedures for all company personnel. Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, and prepares and maintains the employee handbook.

Previously at Plan4Demand, Jenna was responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring inside-sales reps while working directly with outside sales to generate new business and expand existing accounts

As a salesperson, she opened P4D’s first billable account and expanded by 50% key accounts assigned, including: Cardinal Health, Harleysville Insurance, MetLife Insurance, City of Colorado Springs, and Avid Technology.

Previous experience: sales director of professional services, eJiva Inc.

Before that, Jenna was the sales director at Mastech Corporation and managed daily sales operations and effective bench utilization. Also responsible for managing, training, and leading a 12-person inside sales team while personally managing a $100 million revenue stream. Built telesales training methodology for junior sales staff.

As a sales representative, built strategic Mastech/EDS partnership, personally driving $10 million in sales in 12 months while managing $40 million in revenue from the relationship.

Involved in five different start-ups.
