David Hess, Vice President of Sales

With 27 years of Information Technology experience, Dave provides leadership for the Plan4Demand account management team to offer Demand and Supply Chain Planning solutions to Fortune/Global 500 clients by leveraging his past 17 years in sales management and senior sales roles.

Dave has worked for consulting services firms in multiple industry verticals including leading 17 account executives and support staff to deliver results exceeding a $48 million revenue goal while maintaining the high levels of customer satisfaction. His career has been focused primarily on providing comprehensive solutions to large enterprises including products, services, support, and training. His success with exceeding revenue goals and profit growth has come through strong client relationships and by recruiting, motivating, and retaining results-oriented top performers.

Surviving 3 company acquisitions, Dave has been called upon to provide leadership in the integration, reorganization, and restructuring of these newly integrated companies. Previous experience at Cambridge Technology Partners, Novell, and Logica has enabled Dave to also bring expertise with strategic account planning, sales program development, sales process restructuring, partner development, marketing, contract negotiations, cultural change initiatives, P&L management, account receivables reduction, and operations management.

Dave has served on leadership boards for several non-profit organizations. He is an award-winning public speaker as an active member of Toastmasters International and a volunteer in youth ministry by teaching and mentoring high school boys.
