Extensive experience leading cost-reduction initiatives for manufacturers based on supply chain optimization and transformation management, including global deployments in 12 countries.

Deep technical and project management experience with Tier-One enterprise apps including: i2, J.D. Edwards, Manugistics, Oracle, SAP, Siebel, and more.

Direct process management experience: ABC accounting, business turnaround, change management, cost reduction, enterprise start-up, process re-engineering, sales forecasting, collaboration, Sales & Operations Planning, training program development and deployment, training and education program design.

Consulted on mid-market strategy and sales channel initiative for J.D. Edwards that resulted in $40 million in software license sales. Led business development effort to create “bundled” enterprise software solutions including: financing, hardware and infrastructure, professional services (implementation and support), software license agreements, software maintenance agreements, and training.

Served as C-level project engagement manager on ERP, SCM, and CRM turnaround initiatives for clients such as Dole Foods, Castle and Cooke, EMC, James River Corporation, PurchasePro.com, Advantage Health, Schering-Plough, and Bacardi Beverages (Castleton).

Extensive experience in both process and discrete manufacturing.

Expertise managing projects across multiple industry verticals: CPG, high tech, real estate, agriculture, financial services, industrial distribution, forest products, pharmaceutical, and health care.

Drove regional and national expansion for Hufft and Company. With The Premier Group, created Rapid Application Deployment methodologies for J.D. Edwards ERP and Siebel CRM packages.
