Amy Zee, Director of Global Resourcing

15 years of management experience; ten years in consulting services, managing typical annual run rate of $5-10 million.

As Plan4Demand’s global recruiting and resourcing director, oversees domestic and international recruiting for personnel across all departments, maintains effective recruiting methodologies, has built and supervises successful recruiting team, and personally recruits and hires executive- and senior-level professionals.

Previously functioned as Plan4Demand’s strategic alliance director, responsible for building and expanding targeted client relationships and working with practice management to create a partner-development business plan for key partners. Responsible for driving awareness of Plan4Demand with partner company executives and product sales/ development personnel. In 2006, established key partnerships with Oracle and SAP America.

In 2005, established the Project Management Office (PMO) to help synchronize project efforts and achieve consistent client satisfaction. The PMO advises and oversees project execution, including issuance of project management documents, identification of project dependencies, resource needs, staffing issues, and monitoring of project schedules and issues. Created a centralized repository for Master Service Agreements and other pertinent contracts.

As a part-time sales resource, drove strategic sales in emerging service lines. In 2006, landed Plan4Demand’s largest customized training client, a $1.3 million project at Fidelity Investments. Developed/managed P4D seminars/webinars series.

Before joining Plan4Demand, worked as an business consultant and provided start-up management guidance for multiple international IT consulting firms. Assisted in developing infrastructure models (e.g., sales, recruitment, operations, etc.). Typically oversaw revenue increases averaging 35-50% over six to 12 months.
